ABear Property  inspections are designed to provide homeowners and home buyers with the detailed information they need to minimize risk and make informed decisions. Our inspections assess the home from roof to foundation to identify safety issues and describe the current conditions of the property. Detailed home inspection reports are easy-to-read, and come complete with photos, videos and are issued at the time of the inspection. That right, you do not wait for the report. The report is generated on-site from our mobile office.

New Construction Residential Inspections

During our New Construction Home Inspections, we inspect new homes for home buyers or builders upon the completion of construction. This residential inspection protects the home buyer by identifying any deficiencies which can be corrected prior to taking possession of the new home.

In contrast to a typical  Residential Property Inspection we will be commenting on cosmetic issues. These issue include, but are not limited to dented appliances, wall and door blemishes, construction debris and the overall readiness of move-in condition. Consider this a Residential Property Inspection with a detailed punch list. Blue painters tape will be placed on all cosmetic issues for ease of identification.
