Our Homeseller Pre-Listing Inspections are completed prior to listing or selling the home and provides current home owners an idea of maintenance items to address. A pre-listing residential inspection also helps inspire confidence in prospective buyers regarding the condition of the home and reduce time spent in contract negotiation because an unbiased, independent home inspector has reviewed all major systems.
During our New Construction Home Inspections, we inspect new homes for home buyers or builders upon the completion of construction. This residential inspection protects the home buyer by identifying any deficiencies which can be corrected prior to taking possession of the new home.
In contrast to a typical Residential Property Inspection we will be commenting on cosmetic issues. These issue include, but are not limited to dented appliances, wall and door blemishes, construction debris and the overall readiness of move-in condition. Consider this a Residential Property Inspection with a detailed punch list. Blue painters tape will be placed on all cosmetic issues for ease of identification.
